According to the American film crew member I spoke to on ground, he said they had considerable problems getting the filming started. They had arranged to bring over their own helicopter from the States, which is a specialist chopper in shooting steady aerial shots, which they did but the Indonesian government didn't allow them to use it for 'safety reasons,' so instead, the president enlisted the use of his sons helicopter (pictured) for the filming, of which the production company had to pay considerably to use, and its not as steady as the beloved one that had hoped to use. But either way they got the shots that they needed.
