US 41 travels 2,000 miles from Copper Harbor, Michigan to Miami, Florida. The States of Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida carry this designation. This is one small part of that journey. The bulk of the gallery consists of Chicago's Lake Shore Drive. Bookends are Lincoln and Foster Avenues on the north side, and Marquette and South Shore Drives, 71st Street, Bond and Baker Avenues, 85th Street, Burley Avenue, 87th Street, and Mackinaw, Ewing and Indianapolis Avenues on the south side.
